Neutrality was the word of the night, why its useful and how to maintain it . the most resonating point with me is where we may or may not diverge when the (for humanitarian groups) link between being known, being accepted and being safe is severed (she was making specific reference to the murder of a humanitarian doctor in Taliban controlled Afghanistan).
