Abstract: Every polygon has a triangulation, but not all polyhedra have a tetrahedralization - the 3D equivalent of triangulation. Are there characteristics that could tell us whether a polyhedron can be tetrahedralized? We will look at examples of polyhedra that cannot be tetrahedralized, and discuss some of the findings in the field that are related to this question.
