Margaret Kim, Class of '91, Producer & Director in American Media

Margaret Kim, class of '91, is an influential Asian American in the field of media. She has worked with TV stations such as ABC News, MSNBC, CBS, A&E, served as Executive Producer and Director of Programming at the History Channel, and is currently the president of MGK Media. Her works have earned her much recognition, including the Peabody Award, the United Nations’ Department of Information’s Bronze Award for excellence, multiple Primetime Emmy nominations, and in 2007, she was awarded Williams College’s Bicentennial Award. Come join us on Saturday April 6th from 2 to 4PM in Schapiro 141 as Ms. Kim talks about the trials and tribulations she went through at work and at Williams to become a successful producer and director in American media.
